Request For Information

You may request to have your organization included in the 69 News Stormcenter Update list by completing the form below. After your request has been reviewed, an application will be mailed to your organization.

Please note that the 69 News Stormcenter Update service is reserved for public and private schools, day cares, businesses, libraries, and churches. We DO NOT include clubs, social organizations, bowling leagues, and the like. There are minimum enrollment requirements for schools. Each application will be individually reviewed and evaluated.

Due to the high volume of requests received immediately before or during a winter weather event, your request or application may not be immediately processed.
